Easy Returns & Exchanges
At Boldgal, We are committed to customer satisfaction and excellent buying experience. We ship high quality retail grade fabrics and products and We understand that traditional touch and feel is important, which is difficult while shopping online. Hence we have an easy and hassle-free returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality or not happy with the feel of the product, you may return it for immediate store credit. Simply create a request to return the product in its original unwashed and unused condition with all the tags attached within 15 days of the delivery date. We do arrange return pickups of packages for major locations in India.
What are steps to be taken to create a return request?
- Once the product is delivered you can simply write an email to email@example.com for return request providing your order number, name of return item, date for return pickup and any other remarks, within 15 days of the delivery of your order.
- Once you get returns approval you can pack the product in its original unused condition in our branded box. Our team would send you advance store credits once your return request is approved.
- The shipping team would arrange the pickup of your package. If in case pickup would not be available in your area we would inform you about it.
- If you receive an item that is not as described or wrong product we'll refund you to your original mode of payment or in provided bank account in case of Cash on delivery orders.
Which are the products that I cannot return?
- Due to Intimate nature and our hygiene standards certain category of products are not eligible for returns including underwear, bodysuits, shapewear, hosiery and lingerie sets.
- We provide swimwear suits/sets with hygiene pads so that the article can be tried and exchanged in case of size issues. If the hygiene pad is removed then the swimwear article is not eligible for returns.
- Make to Orders products like Bandage apparels are not eligible for Returns.
- Gift Cards or Coupons cannot be returned back to us in exchange for refunds.
- Shipping or COD charges, Gift Wrap Charges would not be refunded.
- Products sold in Clearance sales and promotions are not eligible for returns.
- Products purchased from rolled credits (credits received by returning a different product) can only be used for size exchange.
- Used, Washed or Soiled products are not eligible for returns.
- Packs Sets like Pack of 2 or Pack of 3, cannot be returned as a single piece for returns.
How can I request for cancellation after placing the order?
- To cancel kindly mark an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your order email address.
- If you are looking to cancel specific ordered item or if you have multiple orders then also mention the ordered item name and order no to cancel.
- The cancellations are allowed within 3 working days of placing the order.
- If any order is not delivered within 30 days of placing the order because of any exceptions then the same is eligible for auto-refunds.
How can I exchange the size of the ordered product?
- Once the product is delivered, kindly mark an email to email@example.com with details including required exchange size, return item name, order number, date for shipment pickup within 15 days of delivery of your order.
- Once you get the pickup approval you can pack the product in its original unused condition in our branded box.
- Our Product sizes' availability changes frequently. If the required size is available, our team would create your exchange order and send you confirmation. If the same is unavailable we would send you the store credits to your registered address once the pickup is confirmed.
Can I return Promotional or Sale Merchandise?
Sorry. All the products bought by Promotions or Clearance sales are not eligible for returns.
